The work:

As the Junior Business Analyst, you have the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing/design business processes. The Junior Business Analyst is expected to assist with acquiring goods and services across all client divisions to meet the needs of their mission. Additional responsibilities include:

• Helping identify and define detailed product requirements and user cases.
• Work closely with business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team while participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective.
• Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelors Degree along with 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Must comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex docs; ability to present info and respond effectively to sensitive issues; ability to solve problems involving complex situations.
• Must understand client business needs, gathering user stories and requirements.
• Must demonstrate knowledge with current computer technology.
